JFD were appointed by this private client to reinstate an existing water tank, and extend the ground floor extension further and also gain approval for outbuildings. This three phase project required a highly detailed planning strategy. Having previously been extended, and planning restrictions added to site, JFD had to navigate stringent planning polices to gain approval. Approval was granted for all three planning stages successfully. JFD were also appointed to undertake interior design consultancy on the project.
