This development project came to JFD with the intention of a small loft conversion to the existing bungalow. However, due to the planning knowledge of JFD, we were able to provide not only a loft conversion but also a side extension, rear infill extension, and loft conversion throughout, increasing the client's resale value a tremendous amount with minimal cost output. JFD was appointed to help them with not only the planning process but also the construction process and their interior design including mechanical and electrical layouts. Through careful consideration, and iteration of drawings, designs, and layouts, the outcome was a beautifully designed interior space, that incorporated contemporary open plan dining and kitchen space.
