A flagship project of JFD's has broken ground. After nearly a 14 Month process from concept to planning approval we are pleased to announce commencement of the project.
Contemporary Design
The ultra contemporary design sets a precedent for modern architecture within the local area. Soon to be a main design within the Essex county the project consists of a single storey rear extension, front elevation alterations and a huge internal refurbishment.
The contractor met with James early one morning to set out the footings for the dynamic form. The scheme includes the use of materials such as zinc clad, charred timber, monocouche render and stone.
