Wingletye Lane site progress

Progress is moving swiftly at our JFD extension and refurb project on Wingletye Lane, Upminster. This full house refurb and large extensions consist of a two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and a loft conversion.

The focus here was to create wow factors continuously throughout. Upon entering the property you are met with a 2.5 storey entrance with views through the central roof light. The ground floor opens up to the rear open plan extension and the top floor houses a grand master suite including a dressing room and ensuite to the entire footprint of the house.

Exciting project gaining momentum, certainly one to watch!
